The Role: Working as part of an 18 person engineering team, your overall objective will be to ensure the efficient running of all production equipment, some of your responsibilities will include: Reactive Maintenance: Swiftly respond to breakdowns, diagnose issues, and repair electrical and mechanical faults. Planned Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure the equipment remains reliable and functions smoothly. Equipment Support: Assist with the installation and modification of electro-mechanical systems. Team Collaboration: Provide training, coaching, and support to production and operational staff.
