The Opportunity:

We''re working with a well-established business in Gloucestershire that is looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to its growing team.

This is a varied, hands-on position where you''ll be involved in fault finding, breakdown response, and planned maintenance across a range of equipment. You''ll be joining a friendly and supportive team, with plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help keep the site running efficiently.

The Role:

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out repairs across the site.
• Complete routine maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly.
• Support the upkeep of cold storage and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and help prevent repeat issues.
• Play a key role in reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience within a multi skilled engineering position.
• Strong fault finding skills across mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with food safety standards.
• Apprentice trained or some formal engineering qualification is beneficial.

The Shift Pattern:

• You will be working 4 on, 4 off on permanent nights.
