The HR Advisor will be central in ensuring that Employee Relations activities are delivered on time, HR documentation is kept to "gold-standard" and employees receive excellent customer-focused support.This is a great opportunity for a capable HR professional to join a growing organisation where they will have real influence and variety. Key Responsibilities include: Managing employee relations cases (disciplinaries, performance management, grievance, whistleblowing, absence) in line with policy timelines.
