HVAC ENGINEER

Location: North West
Salary: -40,000 to -48,000 basic
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join an established engineering business covering commercial sites across the North West.

This is a mobile role suited to an engineer with a strong background in commercial air conditioning and HVAC maintenance, looking for a stable position with a competitive salary and opportunities to develop.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and fault finding across a range of commercial HVAC systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial air conditioning and HVAC equipment.

• Working on VRF, VRV and split systems.

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs.

• Completing planned maintenance visits and reactive callouts.

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations.

• Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records.

• Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.

• Previous experience working as an HVAC or Air Conditioning Engineer.

• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.

• Experience working with VRF, VRV and split systems.

• Good fault finding and diagnostic skills.

• F Gas qualification.

• Full UK driving licence.

• A professional approach and good communication skills.

• -40,000 to -48,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
