With a focus on quality and efficiency, this role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes, as well as interpreting engineering drawings to meet tight tolerances.Key Responsibilities:Programme, set, and operate CNC turning machines.Manufacture components based on engineering drawings and technical specifications.Produce precision machined metal parts to tight tolerances.Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters.Conduct first-off inspections and in-process quality checks.Edit and optimise CNC programmes for improved quality and efficiency.Identify and resolve programming and machining issues.Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in all work.Maintain a clean and organised working environment.Essential Requirements:Experienced CNC Turner or Apprentice-Trained Engineer.Proven experience in programming, setting, and ..... full job details .....
