Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.The RoleYou will take senior-level commercial responsibility for multiple drylining packages and/or projects, acting as a key link between site teams, clients and senior management.Key responsibilities include:Full commercial leadership of drylining packages from pre-contract through to final accountManaging and negotiating subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations and final accountsProviding accurate cost reporting, forecasting and risk managementWorking closely with project teams to protect margin and drive commercial performanceActing as a commercial lead in client meetings and negotiationsMentoring and supporting junior QSs and Assistant QSsRequirements8+ years'' Quantity Surveying experience, with strong longevity and progression within specialist or contractor-led businessesProven background within drylining / interiors / specialist subcontractingStrong contractual knowledge (JCT experience essential)Confident managing large-value packages and complex variationsCommercially astute, proactive and com
