This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated QS to lead on complex, extremely high-value Healthcare schemes while developing both technical and client-facing skills in a supportive consultancy environment.You will work closely with senior colleagues, gaining exposure to project leadership, client management, and progression routes towards Associate QS level and beyond in a highly supportive and flexible environment.The RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in: Delivering pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across Healthcare projectsPreparing cost plans, feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and risk assessmentsSupporting contract administration, change management, and financial reportingWorking under NEC contracts (essential)Liaising with clients, clinical stakeholders, and design teamsContributing to commercial management and project delivery from early stages
