HR Business Partner We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our public sector client in Borehamwood. The HR Business Partner provides a high-quality, professional HR service, advising on all aspects of people management, employment law, and organisational change. You will work closely with managers across various departments, rotating support as required to deliver practical, people-centred solutions aligned with Council policy, employment legislation, and our shared mission to serve the community effectively. You will also lead and support a wide range of HR initiatives, including employee relations, workforce planning, wellbeing, and learning and development, rotating key areas of responsibility as required.
