This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced QA Engineer eager to drive automation testing for our DotCMS-based project while supporting manual testing efforts. We’re looking for a passionate and proactive individual who can ensure our online betting/casino web application and its CMS meets high standards of quality and functionality. This is a hybrid role between automation and manual testing, ensuring both efficiency through automation and comprehensive coverage through manual testing.Experience/Technical Skills:At least 5+ years of experience with UI automation using Java + Selenium and as Manual QAExperience with Cucumber or a similar BDD frameworkExperience with CI/CD, preferably with JenkinsStrong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independentlyExcellent knowledge of QA methodologies and processes with demonstrated QA experience (automated andmanual testing)Experience working as a Manual QA Engineer, testing web and mobile web applicationsExperience testing web applications using debugging tools such as Chrome DevToolsFamiliarity with DotCMS or other CMS platforms is requiredExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred:Experience testing of online gambling products ie Sportsbook and Casino gamesExperience working with content management systems (CMS)Experience with performance testing and load testing tools such as JMeterWhat you’ll be doing:Develop and maintain UI automated tests for the DotCMS projectImprove/refactor the testing automation frameworkWrite clean code that adheres to software engineering best practices, with a focus on scalable and maintainable test execution infrastructureAnalyse automated test run results and report issues and defects to the development teamTest newly developed features as well as regression testing of our casino and betting website to ensure a high quality of software for releaseMaintain and update testing documentation as necessaryWork closely with the development team to ensure that issues are resolved promptlyEnsure software product quality through both manual and automation testingIdentify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual testing effortsThis role offers an exciting opportunity for a QA professional to focus on automation for a CMS-based project while still handling manual testing responsibilities.
