This is an exciting role that will see the successful candidate working closely with an excellent portfolio of VIP creative talent. You\''ll be tasked with forging strong relationships with talent, really understanding their personal brands and helping to secure meaningful partnerships, appearances and help manage on-going campaigns as well as helping to further grow the team moving forward. The ideal candidate will:Have previous experience managing influencer and VIP talent on behalf of an agencyIdeally have previous experience working with talent or brands in the Luxury or Lifestyle sectorRelish building lasting relationships with creators, helping them to develop and supporting them in their ambitionsBe a strong negotiator, able to manage contracts and terms for partnershipsHave an interest in managing junior colleagues as the team expands.Full agency info and job overview available upon application or request.(feel free to connect and drop me a note for more info!)Seniority level
