After-Sales Executive - Hydrotec Contracts

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

After-Sales Executive purpose:

An office-based role supporting Hydrotec Contracts'' maintenance contracts business, with two equal aims: giving customers a high level of service and bringing in new business from existing and dormant sites. The role supports the regional sales team and runs focused campaigns on priority areas. It carries monthly and annual sales targets with an associated commission/bonus scheme.

The successful-After-Sales Executive will be responsible for:

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails promptly, resolving queries or passing them to the right person.
• Process spare parts orders and coordinate their delivery and-assist with stock checks and inventory activities.
• Liaise with engineers to understand site findings and keep customers informed.
• Sell maintenance contracts and spare parts by phone and email.
• Prepare accurate quotations for service agreements, planned maintenance, remedial works, spare parts and upgrades.
• Follow up quotations and proposals through to order.
• Keep the CRM up to date with all quotations, opportunities and customer contact.
• Run focused campaigns on priority areas set by management, such as converting remedial works recommendations into orders.

The-After-Sales Executive will have:

• Confident and professional on the phone.
• A genuine appetite for sales: motivated by targets, happy to ask for the order and persistent in following up.
• Able to communicate clearly with engineers and a wide range of customers.
• Willingness to learn about the technical side of the role, including the equipment and services we maintain.
• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Organised, accurate and able to manage a varied workload.
