This role would suit a skilled carpenter or joiner who takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship and customer service. Working across completed projects, you will be responsible for identifying and rectifying defects, carrying out remedial carpentry works, and acting as a professional point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive customer experience from project completion through to final resolution of any aftercare requirements.Key Responsibilities:Attend both live and completed residential projects to investigate, diagnose and resolve defects and snagging itemsCarry out hands-on carpentry, joinery and general works to a high standard during the build process as well as after installationAct as the main point of contact for homeowners during visitsProvide professional and courteous customer service within high-end private residential propertiesLiaise with internal teams to coordinate materials and specialist support where requiredConduct quality inspections to ensure ..... full job details .....
