Role - Sales Account Manager Location - Hybrid, Henley on Thames Salary - Up to £40,000 OTE £60,000 - £80,000 uncapped + Car Allowance Role and Responsibilities Achieve monthly ''New Business'' targets by acquiring new accounts.Identify and build relationships with clients through calls, networking, and referrals.Meet activity-based KPIs and work with decision-makers to develop strategic relationships.Deliver compelling presentations on all telecom products and services.Efficiently manage contract negotiations and close deals.Stay informed on developments for accurate sales forecasting.Evaluate market information, competitor activity, and client responses for strategic sales approaches. Objectives With telesales activity work through local cold data to book appointments and generate new business opportunities for telecom services.Meet activity based KPIs covering call volumes, meetings booked, and business signed.Achievement of new business targets and exceedingly daily, weekly and monthly KPIsWork with decision-makers to develop strategic relationships.Take an active part in local business sales campaigns to obtain new B2B customers.Attend Appointments/Meetings booked by our telemarketing team. Skills and Experience Proven track record in B2B outbound selling.Success in high growth, entrepreneurial team environments.IT literate.
