Account Manager

Location: Bury St Edmunds Reports To: Sales Manager and Business Manager Job Type: Full-Time - Monday-FridaySalary: 30,000 - 40,000 basic + commission/bonus (OTE up to 50,000 per annum)Berry Recruitment are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join a growing team based in Bury St Edmunds.In this role, you''ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of services/products. You''ll collaborate closely with internal teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trusted client relationships.Understand clients'' goals, challenges, and industry trends to deliver tailored solutions.Develop account plans to grow business within existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell).Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.Track account health and performance metrics, addressing issues before they escalate.Lead regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategy discussions with clients.Maintain accurate records of client communications and account status in CRM tools.Meet or exceed account growth, retention, and satisfaction goals.What We''re Looking For:Proven experience in an Account Manager, Client Success, or Sales role (2-5 years preferred).Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.A
