We are recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join a family-owned engineering and manufacturing business in Andover.

The company is best known for developing systems that use controlled air injection and suction through surfaces to manage airflow.

Key responsibilities

- Process incoming quote requests for standard and bespoke gas pressure reduction stations and metering modules

- Serve as a dependable point of contact for clients

- Maintain a quote register with records and customer feedback

- Coordinate handovers between CAD Designers, Engineers and Production department

- Liaise with logistics partners

- Organise project documentation packs

Requirements

- PC literate

- Highly motivated

- Proficiency with SAGE and Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams)

- Ability to read basic assembly drawings

- Manufacturing and engineering knowledge is highly desirable
