We''re looking for 5 caring, enthusiastic and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to join specialist SEN schools across Oxford.

Previous SEN experience is not essential! We''re keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills, including:

Psychology graduates and graduates interested in SEN/education

Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants or Youth Workers

Support Workers, Care Workers or Healthcare Assistants

Nursery/Early Years Practitioners

Behaviour Support Workers or Mentors

Sports Coaches or Activity Leaders

Tutors or Classroom Volunteers

Parents/carers with relevant experience

Candidates from customer service, hospitality, retail or other people-focused roles

We''re looking for people who are patient, compassionate, reliable and confident working with children and young people, with a genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs.
