A key part of this role will involve working closely with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning, develop confidence and thrive within the setting.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport children''s learning through play-based and adult-led activitiesProvide targeted support for children with SENPromote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeingAssist with observations, assessments and learning recordsSupport daily routines including snack time, outdoor play and transitionsWork closely with the class teacher and SENCoWhat We''re Looking ForLevel 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)Experience working with children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs)A caring, patient and nurturing approachGood understanding of the EYFS frameworkStrong communication and teamwork skillsA commitment to safeguarding and inclusionWe OfferA warm and welcoming nursery school environmentA
