What you''ll be doing; - Creating a calm, safe and stimulating environment where children feel secure, happy and curious. - Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that support early development and individual needs - Fulfilling key person responsibilities and ensuring strong attachments for every child - Working as part of a team to deliver high quality care - Using Famly to complete observations, assessments and learning journeys to a high standard - Building positive, trusting relationships with parents and carers - Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies are followed at all times.
