Customer Service Administrator
As Customer Service Administrator you will joining a small, busy service team. The role is based on site in Buckingham, is full time and permanent offering a salary of between 24,5000 and 26,000. Working for a highly successful business who have worked in the garage equipment sector for decades. Purpose of the role:Supporting the service team providing high levels of customer service, maintaining the database and administration.Key Accountabilities of the Customer Service Administrator:Be first point of contact for customersProviding high levels of customer care over the phone and via emailLiaise with customers, resolving any queries quickly and efficientlyGenerate system based quotes and invoicesSupport with coordinating service administrationContact customers to confirm proposed dates and obtain order numbers for scheduled workMaintain database all customer records Skills Required for the Customer Service Administrator:Confident customer services skillsMethodical approach used to managing a busy workloadAdministration experience within an office environmentSolid IT skills including MS OfficeExcellent communications skillsOrganised approach to work, able to work on multiple tasks at the same timeHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailAdaptable in a changing environment What''s in it for you?A salary of between 24,500 and 26,000Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm with an hour for lunch, Friday 8.30 - 4.30 with 30 min lunch22 days hol +bank hols, increasing with ser
