This is a hands on role covering sales ledger, purchase ledger, credit control and wider finance administration, with plenty of variety and responsibility.You will work closely with colleagues across offices and report directly to the Accounts Manager.What you''ll be doing Managing sales ledger and purchase ledger processes Raising invoices for intercompany and external clients Supporting credit control and following up on outstanding balances Processing reverse charge VAT and supporting CIS requirements Working extensively with Excel, including PivotTables and finance spreadsheets Extracting and analysing data from internal systems for invoicing and costing purposes Supporting month end processes and working to key finance deadlines Reviewing and processing timesheet and hours data Liaising regularly with colleagues across different office locations Providing cover for data processing activities when required Ensuring financial information is accurate and processed within agreed timescalesWhat we''re looking forYou will be confident working independently and comfortable taking ownership of your ..... full job details .....
