Are you a Site Engineer with at least 3 years'' experience looking to join a growing contractor delivering a variety of civil engineering and construction projects across the East Midlands?

Our client is an established and reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work, offering an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Engineer to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.

The Role Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting out works using Total Station equipment
• Managing and monitoring earthworks, drainage, roads, foundations and substructure works
• Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
• Producing material take-offs and assisting with procurement
• Monitoring progress against programme
• Maintaining quality standards and site documentation
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and environmental requirements
• Liaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholders

What We''re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years'' experience in a Site Engineer position
• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience within civil engineering, groundworks, infrastructure or construction projects
• Competent in the use of Total Station equipment
• AutoCAD experience
• Strong understanding of drainage, roads and earthworks
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
