The Role As SENCo, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the school continues to deliver outstanding support for students with additional needs. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing the school''s SEND strategy and provision Ensuring the effective implementation of the SEND Code of Practice Supporting teaching staff in delivering high-quality inclusive classroom practice Monitoring the progress and outcomes of students with SEND Coordinating interventions and targeted support programmes Working closely with parents, external agencies, and the senior leade
