This position is well suited to a technically strong, qualified accountant who thrives in an autonomous environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex accounting areas.You will be responsible for core accounting, reporting and consolidation activities, working closely with Group Finance and other stakeholders. The role requires confidence, initiative and the ability to drive work through to completion with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly IFRS consolidations for a defined business area, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance Manage and reconcile intercompany balances, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies Produce statutory accounts in accordance with IFRS and relevant local GAAP requirements Maintain, review and reconcile capital expenditure balances, with a particular focus on intangible assets and amortisation Prepare technical accounting papers to support key judgments and treatments Provide support to senior finance leadership and contribute to wider group reporting and analysis Act as a key finance contact for internal stakeholders, communicating complex accounting matters clearlyAbout You Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent Strong technical knowledge of IFRS with proven financial r
