Interim Financial Accountant - Arts NFP - Central London - 9 month contract initially (Temp to perm) Client Details Our client is a medium-sized arts organisation Description Ensure accurate financial records, including preparing and reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and accounting adjustments.Develop and enhance accounting policies, processes, and financial control frameworks.Prepare statutory reports, including subsidiary accounts, group disclosures, and regulatory returns.Provide accounting guidance on new initiatives and create toolkits and training materials for Finance teams.Oversee the Treasury function, including cash forecasting, cash flow management, deposits, and payment approvals.Uphold strong risk and control standards, deliver high-quality outputs, and support an inclusive and diverse organisational culture Profile A successful Interim Financial Accountant should have: An ACA/ACCA/CIMA or relevant qualification.Accounting/Audit experience including financial control processes.Charity SORP exposureAnalytical review and financial reconciliation experience.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Experience in the arts sector would be advantageous Job Offer Competitive daily rate of GBP 270 to GBP 350.Flexible working arrangements.Opportunity to work within the arts sector.Temporary role with potential for impactful contributions.
