Central Service Charge Team Manager Location: Grosvenor House, 125 High Street, Croydon, CR0 9XP Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 3+ Months Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week Hybrid Working: 3 days remote, 2 days in the office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) Pay Rate: £30.22 Per Hour Job Ref: OR18562 Job Responsibilities Lead and motivate a support team for accurate service charge calculations and issuing. Improve data collection for better efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate data and annual processes within deadlines. Ensure quality assurance in service charge processes, including audits and reporting. Work with different business areas to prepare service charge budgets and track expenses. Manage changes in service charge data, systems, and processes. Support system improvements for better service charge delivery. Develop procedures that comply with laws and contracts. Lead projects to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness. Person Specifications Must Have Understanding of residential and commercial service charge management. Knowledge of legal and statutory service charge frameworks. Advanced Excel skills. Strong financial and numeracy skills. Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly. High attention to detail. Organizational skills to manage team tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in people management with a focus on team collaboration.
