Noble Recruiting are seeking a HR Systems and Reporting Coordinator to lead the effective use of OM''s HRIT system, working closely with IT /IIP and People and Culture colleagues to improve workflows, reporting, data quality and system adoption. The role supports productivity gains through technology, develops reporting solutions such as interactive dashboards and automated reports, and ensures the system provides reliable people data for operational and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Act as the lead coordinator for the HRIT system and associated systems, ensuring effective system housekeeping, maintenance and day-to-day administration. Responsible for data and reporting within the people and culture directorate, leading on production of KPI data and information. Creating and saving bespoke data reports to meet regular organisations need such as monthly reports for People Business Partners covering HR indicators and activities in their areas. Development of DASHBOARD and ongoing improvements in the system workflow and automation To be responsible for HRIT system audit and for researching and developing best practice to ensure best practice in our use of HRIT Write and develop process documentation to ensure other colleagues are trained to deliver reporting Delivery Audit recommendations within agreed time scales Ensure HR systems / processes following UK legal requirements Coach HR colleagues to support KPI / reporting process Create Process flows that ..... full job details .....
