Role Purpose:The successful candidate will lead the effective use of the HRIT system, collaborating closely with IT, IIP, and People and Culture colleagues to enhance workflows, reporting, and system adoption. Key Responsibilities: Act as the lead coordinator for the HRIT system, ensuring effective maintenance and administration. Manage data and reporting within the People and Culture directorate, producing KPI data and bespoke reports to meet regular organisational needs. Develop dashboards and continuously improve system workflows and automation. Conduct audits of the HRIT system, researching and implementing best practises.
