This role is focused on phone and email-based customer service, supporting members with enquiries, bookings, and memberships, alongside some sales and promotional activity.This position is ideal for someone confident on the phone, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as the first point of contact for customer enquiriesHandling inbound and outbound calls (warm calls only)Managing enquiries through a ticketing systemSupporting memberships, cancellations, and renewalsAssisting with promotions, sales, and rebooking activityUsing booking and CRM systems at a basic operational levelWorking Hours20 hours per week across 3 to 4 daysShift-based role including eveningsOccasional weekend work on a shift pattern (Margate location)Typical hours:Monday and Wednesday: 8:00am to 7:30pm, 1.30pm to 7.30pmTuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8.00am to 6:00pmWeekends: 9:30am to 4:00pmPerson SpecificationPrevious experience in phone or email-based customer service or salesConfident and professional telephone mannerStrong written communication skillsComfortable learning and using digital systemsCustomer-focused with a friendly and approachable mannerBenefitsFree
