Account Manager
Location: Derby -Hybrid working
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Full-time -3 days office / 2 days home

We are recruiting an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop an established portfolio of existing clients.

This is a relationship-focused role where you will be responsible for maintaining excellent service levels, understanding client requirements and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.

The Role

• Manage and develop existing client relationships
• Conduct regular client reviews face-to-face and via Teams
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional products and services
• Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities
• Handle client queries and issues, taking ownership through to resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver client requirements
• Maintain high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
• Develop knowledge of the company''s IT products and services
• Travel to client sites across the Midlands as required

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have previous Account Management experience, with strong relationship-building and customer service skills. You''ll be commercially aware, confident identifying opportunities within existing accounts and comfortable managing client requirements from start to finish.

Experience within the IT/technology sector would be advantageous but is not essential, as full product and service training will be provided.

A full UK driving licence is essential due to client visits.
