Job Title: AC Installations Work Type: Sub-Contract Payment: Schedule of Rates (SOR) Work: Domestic Properties The Opportunity We are looking for experienced Sub-Contract Air Conditioning Installation Engineers to carry out installations within domestic properties. Installations will range from single split systems to multi-split systems. Engineers must be confident completing both the AC and electrical aspects of installations from start to finish. Responsibilities Installing single and multi-split AC systems in domestic properties. Completing all refrigerant pipework, electrical connections and associated installation works. Installing trunking, insulation and lagging. Testing and commissioning completed systems. Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Equipment and Materials Provided: Air conditioning units. Mounting brackets. Engineers to Supply: Refrigerant pipework. Trunking. Consumables and lagging. Own tools and equipment. Requirements Previous experience installing domestic AC systems. Experience with single and multi-split installations. Competent in both AC and electrical installation work. Relevant F-Gas qualifications. Own van and tools. Ability to work independently and complete installations to a high standard. Rates and Payment Paid on agreed Schedule of Rates (SOR).
