The Role You''ll play a key role in advising clients across a broad range of corporate matters, including: Mergers and acquisitions Investments and shareholder agreements Corporate restructures and reorganisations Corporate governance and constitutional matters Banking and finance transactions Share buy-backs and company administration Working closely with experienced Partners, you''ll take ownership of transactions from instruction through to completion, while also supporting on larger and more complex deals.
