Corporate Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Wiltshire, £60,000+ (DOE) – An exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join our growing team JOB REF:5985.

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Corporate Solicitor to join an expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor who is passionate about corporate law, enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to play an important role in the continued growth and success of the business.

THE ROLE:

You will work on a varied and interesting caseload of corporate transactions, advising businesses, business owners and shareholders on a range of corporate matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, including share and asset sales and purchases.
• Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and other commercial documentation.
• Advising on corporate restructures, reorganisations and group structures.
• Assisting with shareholder agreements, investment agreements and joint ventures.
• Supporting clients through the full transaction process, from initial instruction through to completion.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• Have a good understanding of corporate transactions and company law.
• Demonstrate strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Have a commercially focused approach and understand the needs of business clients.
• Are proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities.
• Enjoy working collaboratively while also having the confidence to work independently.
