We will nurture talent and smart investment to drive superior performance and growth.The Role :To take responsibility for all client and groups booked into the hotel through the sales and marketing department, ensuring that their needs in all areas, including bedrooms, meeting rooms and food and beverage are being met. Act as liaison between that sales department and the operations department on behalf of clients.Ensuring that all customer requests and enquires are dealt with in an efficient and professional mannerManaging Meeting and Events from enquiry stage through to delivery by the operations teamParticpate in targeted sales blitz activity to win potential business for the hotelMaintain all market segment databases and ensure appropriate mailings are carried outConduct market research and telesales campaigns as requiredComplete monthly reports and provide critical analysis to highlight current business levels and all newbusiness receivedConduct site inspectionsAssist with the co-ordination of corporate hospitality eventsMaintain a professional and working attitude and demeanour towards otherteam members and clienteleCommunicating and cooperating with management colleaguesBeing aware of VIPs and show rounds, communicating this to the teams within the bar, restaurant andconferencePositive contribution to the department meetings.
