We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled professional to join the Adult Disabilities Team in Wolverhampton on a long-term contract basis.This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and fast-paced environment, managing a varied and rewarding caseload while collaborating with a wide range of professionals and stakeholders.The RoleAs an Adult Disabilities Social Worker, you will work with adults who have a range of disabilities, providing high-quality assessments, care planning and safeguarding interventions. You will play a key role in supporting individuals through complex and often challenging circumstances, ensuring their rights, wellbeing and independence remain at the heart of practice.Key responsibilities include:Supporting adults with a wide range of disabilities and complex needs.Undertaking transition-related work, including preparing young people for adulthood and co-working with 16-18 year olds.Managing complex and forensic casework.Preparing court reports relating to Community Deprivation of Liberty (CDoL) and Section 16 welfare applications.Completing Mental Health Act related duties, including Social Circumstances Reports.Producing reports for the Home Office where required.Responding to duty-related tasks ..... full job details .....
