Assistant Team Manager - Adult DisabilitiesLocation: Wolverhampton (Hybrid Working) Rate: 35.44 per hour Hours: 18.5 hours per week (worked across weekdays) Contract: Until March 2027As part of our ambitious service redesign, we have established dedicated service areas including Early Support, Ageing Well and Safeguarding, and Disabilities and Mental Health, ensuring people receive the right support, at the right time, from the right professionals.About the Disabilities TeamOur Disabilities Team supports adults aged 18 and over whose primary needs relate to:Learning disabilities and/or autism.Physical disabilities.Acquired brain injuries.Sensory impairments.The team also supports:Individuals at risk of involvement with, or involved in, the criminal justice system.Young people aged 14 and over as they prepare for adulthood, working closely alongside Children''s Social Care teams.Using a Three Conversations approach, the team works in partnership with individuals, families, carers, and professionals to understand what a good life looks like for each person and how best to support them in achieving it.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated social work professional who can provide leadership, support, and operational management within a busy and rewarding service.As Assistant Team Manager, you will work closely alongside the Team Manager to ensure the service delivers high-quality, person-centred support while maintaining excellent standards of practice and ..... full job details .....
