We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and motivated Support Workers to join our team supporting vulnerable adults and individuals with previous offending histories within a supported living environment. This is a rewarding role where you will help individuals develop their independence, build confidence, maintain their accommodation, engage with their community, and work towards achieving their personal goals. You will be supporting people with a range of needs and life experiences. This may include individuals who have experienced homelessness, mental health challenges, substance misuse, social exclusion, offending behaviour, or difficulties maintaining independent living. The Role As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred, trauma-informed and strengths-based support, helping residents develop the skills and confidence they need to live as independently as possible.
