What You''ll Be DoingLeading the development and improvement of managed service standards, processes, and tooling.Designing and maintaining automation workflows using PowerShell, APIs, and platform-native automation tools.Acting as a senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, endpoint, security, networking, and backup issues.Driving improvements across patch compliance, monitoring, security, onboarding, and backup resilience.Managing and optimising RMM platforms, monitoring policies, alerting thresholds, and reporting capabilities.Supporting service design, technical consultancy, and pre-sales activities where required.Working closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement and ..... full job details .....
