Role Details Role: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Setting: Mainstream Primary School Location: Wandsworth Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 16:00pm Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil throughout the school day Support emotional regulation, behaviour management, and engagement with learning Implement agreed behaviour support strategies and individual plans consistently Support the pupil in and out of the classroom, including transitions The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting pupils with ODD and Autism/ASD, ideally within a mainstream or SEN setting, and will demonstrate a calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour support.
