The setting caters to students with SEMH, autism, ADHD, and other learning challenges, providing a structured and supportive environment where they can thrive.About the Learning Support Mentor Role:The Learning Support Mentor will provide tailored support to students, helping them engage in their education and build confidence.Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement learning strategies and behaviour support plans.Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, encouraging positive social interactions and engagement in learning.Help students develop essential skills, regulate emotions, and build resilience.The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.The Ideal Learning Support Mentor Will:Have experience supporting students with SEMH, autism, ADHD, or related needs in an educational or alternative setting.Be patient, understanding, and confident in supporting pupils with varied learning styles and behavioural needs.Be proactive in creating a
