The Role You will work closely with teaching staff to provide: One-to-one and small-group supportAssistance with emotional regulation and behaviour de-escalationEncouragement and structure to help pupils improve engagementGuidance to help pupils rebuild confidence and develop positive learning habitsSupport with routines, boundaries and consistent expectations The setting supports pupils who may be experiencing significant challenges, including those previously excluded, managing anxiety, or displaying heightened emotions. The aim is to help students stabilise, make academic progress and reintegrate into an appropriate educational pathway.
