Due to growing demand and close partnerships with local schools, we are expanding our pool of Teaching Assistants to work with SEN schools and alternative provisions across Norfolk. This work is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting children and young people with additional needs and thrives in a varied, hands-on roles. About the Role Roles vary depending on the school, but typically include: Supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs1:1 support, small-group work or general classroom supportHelping pupils regulate emotions, stay engaged, and develop independenceEncouraging positive routines and building trust with young peopleWorking closely with teachers and support teams Assignments can be day-to-day, short-term, or long-term depending on your availability and preferences.
