The Role Reporting to the Finance Director, the Payroll Specialist will be the internal owner of payroll coordination across the UK, Germany and USA. The role will gather, validate and submit payroll information, work with external payroll providers and ADP, review payroll outputs, resolve queries and ensure payroll-related accounting and controls are completed accurately and on time Key Responsibilities Own and maintain the payroll timetable, cut-off dates and submission process across the UK, Germany and USA. Issue payroll templates and instructions to stores and managers, and follow up outstanding or incomplete submissions. Collate and validate rotas, timesheets, variable hours, starters, leavers, salary changes, contracted-hours changes, bonuses, holiday information and other payroll inputs.
