As Commercial Lead, you''ll head the project''s commercial team and advise the construction team on all cost and contract matters. Commercial Lead responsibilities: Prepare monthly applications, including remeasures, variations and claims Manage subcontract accounts from award to final account Forecast turnover and cash flow, and report commercial risks Coach the commercial team and improve commercial processes Commercial Lead requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, or an engineering degree with commercial experience 5+ years'' post-qualification experience with a general contractor Excellent English; SAP experience is a plus Data centre, CSA and MEP experience desirable Interested in this Commercial Lead role?
