Salter Grange is recruiting a Commercial Lead for a leading European contractor on a large data centre project in Frankfurt.

As Commercial Lead, you''ll head the project''s commercial team and advise the construction team on all cost and contract matters.

Commercial Lead responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly applications, including remeasures, variations and claims
• Manage subcontract accounts from award to final account
• Forecast turnover and cash flow, and report commercial risks
• Coach the commercial team and improve commercial processes

Commercial Lead requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, or an engineering degree with commercial experience
• 5+ years'' post-qualification experience with a general contractor
• Excellent English; SAP experience is a plus
• Data centre, CSA and MEP experience desirable
