Finlay Jude Recruitment is working with an innovative organisation within the water industry to recruit a Field Operations Engineer covering the North of England. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in leakage detection, correlation and pinpointing who would like to work with innovative technology designed to improve the way leaks are identified and located. You will be working in a varied field-based role, using specialist technology to take identified points of interest and accurately pinpoint leaks ready for repair teams. The position will also involve supporting customer trials, working alongside the wider operational team and providing valuable field feedback to support the continued development of the technology. What will you be doing? As a Field Operations Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out leakage detection and accurate leak pinpointing using specialist technology. Using correlation and surface-sounding techniques to accurately identify and mark leak locations for repair teams. Collecting, recording and reporting reliable and accurate field data.
