Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic English lessons that inspire curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel empowered to participate.
• Assess student progress through effective marking, feedback, and formal evaluations.
• Guide students in developing strong communication, analytical, and written expression skills.
• Enrich learning by bringing literature to life through class discussions, debates, and creative activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and design meaningful learning experiences.

Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of English language and literature.
• Proven experience teaching students across KS3 to KS5.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners in both academic and practical contexts.
• Passion for contributing to extracurricular initiatives and whole-school activities.
• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
