Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

• Creating and implementing performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, focusing on ROI and audience engagement.
• Developing account structures, conducting keyword and audience research, setting bidding strategies, and managing budgets to optimise campaign performance.
• Analysing account data to identify trends, optimise KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Leading onboarding calls and performance reviews with clients, explaining campaign decisions clearly and effectively.
• Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and high standards of reporting.
• Utilising AI tools and automation platforms to streamline account management and focus on strategic planning.
• Keeping abreast of industry best practices and emerging tools, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, and offline conversion imports.

Growth Marketing Manager Experience Essentials

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max and Shopping, and Meta Ads campaigns like Advantage+.
• Hands-on knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Conversions API.
• Experience with PPC management tools and ad automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on KPIs.
• Marketing agency and client-facing experience, with the confidence to communicate technical information clearly to non-marketers.
• Familiarity with ecommerce or lead generation marketing models.
