We are looking for a commercially minded and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, expand our client portfolio and support the company''s continued growth.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, securing service contracts and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Working closely with senior management and operational teams, you will identify target markets, develop competitive service proposals, manage commercial negotiations and monitor business performance to maximise revenue and profitability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with strong commercial awareness, marketing expertise and a proven ability to generate business within the facilities management, cleaning or related service industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company''s business objectives and growth plans.
• Identify new markets, prospective clients and business opportunities across commercial cleaning and integrated facilities management services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and opportunities for business expansion.
• Generate leads through networking, direct marketing, digital marketing, business referrals and other appropriate channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property managers, landlords, managing agents, commercial organisations and procurement teams.
• Prepare and present business proposals, service quotations, tender submissions and commercial presentations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, service specifications and commercial terms with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop marketing campaigns to promote the company''s services, brand reputation and competitive advantages.
• Oversee the company''s marketing activities, including website content, social media, email campaigns and other digital marketing channels.
• Work with operational teams to ensure proposed service packages meet client requirements and can be delivered effectively.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, contract wins, customer retention, revenue growth and marketing campaign performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market assessments and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Review pricing, contract profitability and commercial performance to support sustainable business growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing contracts through additional cleaning, concierge, consumables and waste management services.
• Ensure marketing materials, commercial proposals and client communications accurately represent the company''s services and capabilities.
• Maintain professional standards, confidentiality and compliance with relevant contractual, data protection and advertising requirements.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, business development, sales management or a related professional role.
• Demonstrable experience or knowledge of identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, customer acquisition and commercial negotiations.
• Experience preparing commercial proposals, quotations, tenders and client presentations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workload and work towards measurable business targets.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, sales reporting tools and digital marketing platforms.
• A proactive, organised and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, property services, contract cleaning or other business-to-business service industries.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contract pricing, service-level agreements and client retention strategies.
• Experience using digital marketing, social media advertising and lead-generation tools.
• A relevant degree or professional qualification with marketing, sales development, or a related discipline.
