The work is varied and engaging, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions across multiple sectors.The RoleThe successful candidate will manage their own caseload of commercial property matters, including:Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposalsLandlord and tenant mattersDrafting and negotiating commercial leases and associated documentationAdvising business clients on a range of commercial property issuesYou will be expected to deliver a high standard of technical advice and client care, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
