Your duties will include: Greeting visitors, parents and pupils at reception Answering phone calls and emails, and passing on messages Data entry and keeping records up to date Preparing letters, documents and spreadsheets General admin support for the office and senior leadership team About you: We''re looking for someone who: Is confident using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook Has excellent people and communication skills, both face to face and in writing Is friendly, approachable and professional Is well organised and can juggle several tasks Can handle confidential information carefully Has experience in an office or school setting (desirable, not essential) Essential requirements: Right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer Sponsorship or accept Skilled Worker visas.
